Discounts for specific users
A discount can apply to individual users, user groups, or a combination of both. This allows you to offer cheaper prices to specific customers of your online shop. If no users or user groups have been assigned to the discount, it will apply to all customers. However, if users and user groups have been assigned, customers will need to be in at least one of the assigned user groups as well as among the assigned users That is the only way for the discount to apply to them.
The discount is assigned to users.
Go to .
Select a discount from the list of discounts or create a new one.
If the discount is new, enter a descriptive name and specify by how much the regular price should be reduced.
Click on Assign Users in the Users tab.
Drag and drop one or several users into the right-hand list of the assignment window. Hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple users.
Close the assignment window.
Save the changes.
The discount is assigned to user groups.

Select a discount from the list of discounts or create a new one.

Drag and drop one or several user groups into the right-hand list of the assignment window. Hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple user groups.
Close the assignment window.
Save the changes.
The discount will apply to all assigned users and/or user groups.
