Operation

To offset shipping costs, generate coupons.

Procedure

1. Choose Shop Settings ‣ Coupon Series.

2. Choose Create new coupon series.

3. Under Discount, choose the shipfree option.

4. Configure the remaining settings according to your wishes and save your settings.

5. Generate coupons.

Result

If a customer redeems the coupon in the checkout, the credit will be displayed in the amount of the shipping costs, if applicable.

If no shipping costs are incurred, the customer is informed that redeeming the voucher is unnecessary and that it will otherwise expire.
